Shipping 

We charge a flat rate of $12 for standard shipping and $15 for express. Your order will be is dispatched next day after purchase which will generally take 2-5 business days to be delivered domestically and 10-15 days for international.

Exchanges

We aim to ensure you are always satisfied and happy with our products however, If you are unsatisfied or unable to wear the product, you can return the item that are in its original condition within 7 days of product arrival for a full refund. 

For exchanges please contact us on Instagram within 6 days of your purchase meeting the condition that: 

• The item is in brand new, unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached

• The item has no marks, scratches, or signs of wear

• The item is returned within 7 days of the delivery date

• The item was not purchased during a sale or promotion

• Earrings cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited due to hygiene reasons

• Permanent Jewellery is not eligible for returns or store credit

Please ensure to contact us on social media platforms within those 6 days. Notifying us before returning a product will ensure a more easy outcome.
